            The Community Arts Festivals was organized by the Sai Kung District Office on 15th November 2009 on publicity and promotion of East Asian Games with various local organisations. The aim was to encourage street arts enthusiasts to show their artistic talent. It well embodied a renowned blend of Chinese and Western cultures in Sai Kung as well.
